Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing goods online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If one order is delivered in several separate shipments, the period begins when you or the third party take possession of the last item.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example by email or letter:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We do not reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Returning the goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Please contact us at contact@she-shapes.com for the applicable return instructions and return address.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, in particular to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not apply merely because an item was purchased during a pre-sale.
Voluntary 30-day return policy
Our voluntary 30-day return policy applies in addition to your statutory rights. It does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal described above. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for the additional return conditions.
